It all just goes too darn fast. These cozy mornings (and my new kitchen window seat), I've taken it as opportunity to sit and watch the leaves fall, the squirrels make the dog nuts while they hoard their winter bounty and laugh at the mess in the yard that needs raking. Although I am excited about Christmas, I will let November have her time. <3
I get your drift, Tina. I think our minds are just wired to keep on keeping on, so we do miss a lot of the beauty that is out there, one of the most important is TIME! Our lives are going by so fast as it is, why help it along!. Your pictures are precious, everyone. My favorites, however, are the dogs saying grace (right?) and the raindrops and leaves in your pool. Happy Wednesday..Judy
Thank you! I think it's sad that November 1st onward is all about Christmas & getting ready for that, instead of our national day for expressing gratitude in November. I love October/November/harvest season &.enjoy every day of it. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday.
Oh...so beautiful! I would love to enjoy the moment, but at the moment, it's snowing. Someone here forgot to tell the weather that it's still only November.
Actually, the snow today was beautiful and didn't bother me in the least. Huge, beautiful flakes, but nothing stuck to the roads. Perfect!
I agree... Autumn should NOT be rushed... it should be properly Savored. It is indeed my Favorite Season. Beautiful Images of your Fabulous Autumn Vibe! Blessings from the Arizona Desert... Dawn... The Bohemian
Pretty darn perfect photographs for November - you captured both the reality and the feeling. Of course, I loved the rust and the squirrel. And the pups.
you make a good point. :) i live slowly these days, thankfully.
